How can I pick up the rented equipment?

Rental of photo equipment and video equipment is offered for a period of no less than one day. To rent the necessary equipment, reserve it in advance by writing to info@videoservice.lv, calling +371 29551012 or press the "Order" button and send your application. Advance booking is required so that we can guarantee the availability of your chosen equipment on the specific dates. After getting acquainted with the contract and signing it, we issue the equipment. Video equipment rental prices depend on the selected models.

How much security deposit is required for equipment rental?

In accordance with the terms of the contract, a security deposit is required if equipment with a value exceeding EUR 100 is leased. Cash or other photo or video equipment is used as security. Payment of security deposit in non-cash money is possible in cooperation with legal entities. The amount of the security deposit is determined by the employees of the Videoservice company and is not less than half of the value of the selected photo or video equipment. The security deposit is returned in full if the customer returns the equipment without any damage or defects.

If the security deposit was paid in cash, the amount will be returned to the account from which it was transferred.
